On February 8-9, 2024, The Hunt Institute will host the 2024 North Carolina Datathon in Raleigh, NC. The goal of the NC Datathon is to leverage technology and data to develop innovative solutions for addressing complex problems. This event brings together university and student-led teams from across North Carolina and challenges them to solve an education-related problem by using multiple sources of data.

This year, teams will focus on North Carolina’s workforce needs, how K-12 schools are preparing students for those needs, access to workforce development courses and programs, and how North Carolina can better align career and technical education within the state’s workforce needs.
