To remind us to take care of ourselves, first and foremost, September is designated as Self-Care Awareness Month. Unfortunately, stress and burnout are prevalent in higher education. It has become increasingly clear that promoting best practices in self-care for students, faculty, and staff, is critical to providing a positive postsecondary education experience.

In this webinar on Thursday, September 15th, The Hunt Institute will host resource experts who will provide us tips and best practices on how to practice self-care for our own well-being, as well as promoting it for all those in postsecondary education.
