The Institute’s postsecondary programs are designed to develop leaders equipped to drive change on policy to ensure that anyone who wishes to complete additional education beyond high school has the opportunity to do so.

The Hunt Institute launched ElevateNC, featuring an inaugural cohort of education leaders from across North Carolina, in fall 2020. The cohort represents the racial, ethnic, gender, and geographic diversity of the state in order to foster dialogue that represents a variety of viewpoints and perspectives. Leaders are engaging with resource experts, learning from their peers, and developing action plans for driving change in their communities.
